Below is a list of services which can be requested online.

Roads, Footpaths & Drainage

	Apply for an Asset Protection Permit	Request Council approval for an Asset Protection Permit
	Apply for a Drainage Tapping Permit	Request Council approval to connect into stormwater pit or pipe.
	Apply for Stormwater Point of Discharge	Request a storm water discharge point for your property.
	Apply for a Nature Strip Planting Permit	Request Council approval to develop and plant on a nature strip.
	Apply for a Road Opening Permit	Request Council approval to open a road reserve.
	Apply for a Vehicle Crossing Permit	Request Council approval to construct a vehicle crossing. An inspection of the site will be required, prior to commencing works.

Statutory Planning

	Application Types	Instructions
	VicSmart Planning Application	This application is only for VicSmart applications (those listed under Clause 92 or the schedule to 94).
	Written planning advice	Apply for written advice from Council about the planning controls that apply to a particular property.
	Copies of planning permits	Apply for copies of permits issued for a property.
	Copies of endorsed plans (permit included)	Apply for a copy of plans endorsed by Council's Planning Department. A copy of the relevant permit is included in the fee. You will need to provide proof of the property owners consent to obtain endorsed plans.

Hard Waste Collection

	Hard Waste Collection	Bookings made through Council’s ‘At Call’ service will be collected within a fortnight of the booking date. Do not place items out for collection before you receive a confirmation pack containing your collection day and further information. Fee's apply.

Kindergarten enrolment

	Three (3) year old kindergarten 2020	2020 Kindergarten Registration for 3-Year-Old Kindergarten A fee of $28.00 is required for each registration. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Exemptions may apply – please refer to the Kindergarten Introduction and Registration webpage for further information.
	Four (4) year old kindergarten 2020	2020 Kindergarten Registration for 4-Year-Old Kindergarten A fee of $28.00 is required for each registration. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Those who are eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Subsidy are exempt - please refer to the Kindergarten Introduction and Registration webpage for further information.
